1. Restart your PC and press F2, Delete, or F10 during POST to enter BIOS (key varies by manufacturer)

4. Enable Secure Boot (set to Standard mode, not Custom)
5. Press F10 to save and exit

 1. Follow the Windows 11 install process until you get to the Sign in screen.

2. Hit Shift + F10. A command prompt appears.

3. Enter start ms-cxh:localonly at the command prompt.

A "Create a user for this PC" dialog window appears.

4. Enter a local username and password. If you enter no password, you'll have no password.

5. Complete the installation process and you'll be using the local account you created.

How to Install and Log In to Windows 11 Without a Microsoft Account

 Maintain only a local account on your Windows 11 PC.

1. Follow the Windows 11 install process until you get to the "choose a country" screen.

2. Hit Shift + F10. A command prompt appears.

3. Type OOBE\BYPASSNRO to disable the Internet connection requirement.

The computer will reboot and return you to this screen.

Note: if OOBE\BYPASSNRO returns a "command not found" error, skip ahead to the next method in this how-to.

4. Hit Shift + F10 again and this time Type ipconfig /release. Then hit Enter to disable the Internet. This effectively disconnects your computer from the Internet. If you're on Ethernet, you could just disconnect the plug, but this is just as easy if not easier.

5. Close the command prompt.

6. Continue with the installation, choosing the region. keyboard and second keyboard option.

A screen saying "Let's connect you to a network" appears, warning you that you need Internet.

7. Click "I don't have Internet" to continue.

8. Click Continue with limited setup if prompted. The OOBE may skip this screen and take you straight to the next step.

9. Enter a username you want to use for your local Windows 11 account and click Next.

10. Enter a password you would like to use and click Next. You can also leave this field blank and have no password, but that's not recommended.

11. Complete the rest of the install process as you normally would.

Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows10 x64

 Using Startup Settings (Temporary Method)

Open Windows Settings, go to System / Update & Security, and select Recovery.
Click Restart now under Advanced startup.
Navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click Restart.
Press 7 or F7 to choose Disable driver signature enforcement.
Note: This disables the requirement for the current session only; normal reboot re-enables it.

2- ဘယ်ဘက်က Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> All Settings နှိပ်ပြီး ညာဘက်က Configure Automatic Updates ကို double click နှိပ် Disabled ရွေးပြီး OK နှိပ်ပါ။

5- ထပ်မံပြီး Windows ->WindowsUpdate -> AU ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ ညာဘက်က NoAutoUpdate ကို double click နှိပ်ပြီး Value data ကို 1ပြောင်းပါ။ OK နှိပ်ပါ။

3.ျပီးရင္ ေအာက္ဆံုးမွာ prvent installation of devices not described by other policy settings ကို Enabled / apply / OK .
4.အထက္ပါအဆင့္ေတြျပီးရင္ ၎ေဘာက္ကိုပိတ္လိုက္ပါ။

ဆက္သြားပါမယ္... 
5. Computer > Right Click > Manage
6. Computer Management ေဘာက္က်လာရင္ / Device Manager ကို double click / ညာဘက္မွာ Sound , video and game controllers ေအာက္မွာရွိေနတဲ့ High Definition Audio Device ေပၚမွာ Right Click / Uninstall / OK.
7. Computer Management ေဘာက္ ရဲ ့ေနာက္ဆံုး icon ပံု ( scan for hardware changes ) ကို Click လိုက္ပါ။
8. Other devices ကိုရွာပါ. သူ ့ေအာက္က Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus ေပၚမွာ Right Click / Update Driver Software ကို Click ေပး / Search automatically for updated driver software ကို Click ျပီးခဏေစာင့္ေနေပးပါ။

3) Right-click on the "Control", and select "New" and select "Key" to create a new key.


4) Named as StorageDevicePolicies.



5) Right-click on the right side pane, select "DWORD (32-bit) Value" naming it as
WriteProtect.
6) Right-click on the it and select "Modify...".



Set its Value data to 0 (for removing write protection), and click the "OK" button.
