Enable TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot in BIOS

1. Restart your PC and press F2, Delete, or F10 during POST to enter BIOS (key varies by manufacturer)
2. Navigate to Security or Advanced settings
3. Enable Intel PTT (for Intel CPUs) or AMD fTPM (for AMD CPUs)
4. Enable Secure Boot (set to Standard mode, not Custom)
5. Press F10 to save and exit
