Windows XP ကိုအသံုးျပဳေနၾကသူမ်ား တစ္ခါတစ္ေလမွာ Run command ကိုေခၚလို႔ မရတာမ်ိဳးေတြ ၾကံဳ တတ္ပါတယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင္႔ ဒီ Run Command ကို ေခၚလို႔ မရတာလဲဆိုေတာ႔ Virus ေႀကာင့္လည္းၿဖစ္ နိင္ ပါတယ္။ System ရဲ့ Error ေတြေႀကာင့္လည္းၿဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဘယ္လိုေၾကာင္႔ပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္။ ျဖစ္လာခဲ႔ရင္ေတာ့ ေအာက္ပါ နည္းလမ္း (၂)ခုနဲ ့ အဆင္ေၿပသလိုေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
နည္းလမ္း (၁)
Taskbar ေပၚမွာ Right Click ေထာက္ျပီး Properties ကို သြားလိုက္ပါ။
Start Menu tab ကို ေရြးျပီး Customize button ကို Click ပါ။
Advanced tab ကို သြားျပီး Start menu items ထဲမွာ Run command ကိုရွာလိုက္ပါ။
Run command ကို Check ေပးျပီး Ok ကို Click လိုက္ပါ။
နည္းလမ္း (၂)
My Computer icon ကို Right Click ေထာက္ျပီး Explore နဲ႔ ဖြင္႔လိုက္ပါ။ C:WindowsSystem32 အထိ သြားလိုက္ပါ။System32 ထဲမွာ gpedit.msc ကို လိုက္ရွာျပီး Double Click ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ Group Policy Editor တက္လာပါလိမ္႔မယ္။ ဘယ္ဘက္မွာရွိတဲ႔ User Configuration Administrative Templates Start Menu and Taskbar ကို Select လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။ ညာဘက္မွာရွိတဲ႔ Remove Run menu from Start Menu ကို Double click ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ Disabled ကို ေရြးျပီး OK ေပးလိုက္ပါ။
